There is currently no company, company-register entry, VAT identification number, or corporate representative behind HonestTake.
Current project status
HonestTake is initially provided free of charge as a personal side project. The project may later introduce paid credits or otherwise earn revenue. Before monetisation is enabled, the operator will reassess applicable business, trade, tax, consumer-information, payment, refund and withdrawal requirements and update these disclosures and the Terms.
The words “project,” “service,” and “platform” do not imply that a separate legal entity exists. Any agreement concerning the current service is with Daniel Koller personally.
