These terms govern access to HonestTake. By creating an account, you agree to them and to our Community Guidelines.

You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, and provide accurate account information. We may request age verification where reasonably necessary.
Your photos and words
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HonestTake a limited licence to store, process, resize and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve your requested tests. You confirm that you own submitted content or have the subject’s clear permission. You may not upload minors, intimate imagery, impersonations or content that violates another person’s rights.
Feedback
Feedback reflects individual reviewer opinions, not facts or guarantees. HonestTake does not promise more matches, dates or relationships. Do not use results to harass, discriminate against or manipulate another person.
Credits
Credits are an in-product unit used to launch tests. Earned credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be reversed when obtained through spam, automation, duplicate accounts or low-quality activity. Pricing and refund terms for purchased credits will be shown before payment when purchases become available.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape content, evade access controls, identify anonymous reviewers, automate ratings, probe the service, upload malware, create abusive accounts, or use HonestTake for surveillance, facial recognition or model training. Follow the Community Guidelines.
Moderation and suspension
We may hide content, reverse credits, restrict features or suspend accounts to investigate reports, prevent harm or enforce these terms. We may preserve necessary records when required for security or law.
Service availability
We work to keep HonestTake reliable but may change, suspend or discontinue features. The service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or that feedback will achieve a particular dating outcome. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending your account
You may delete your account from Account & Privacy. We may terminate access for material or repeated violations. Provisions concerning ownership, safety, liability and disputes survive where their nature requires it.
Operator, governing law and contact
HonestTake is operated by Daniel Koller, Dammstraße 21/48, 1200 Vienna, Austria. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country where you usually live. Statutory rules on jurisdiction and mandatory consumer-dispute rights remain unaffected.
